So this morning I walked into the Madsen Clinic for my physical exam and VDRL test and was checking in.....there on the white board in the receptionist area was a quote scribbled in green marker "Life is the journey, not the destination" As I stared at the quote on the board I couldn't believe my eyes.... Not exactly but very close to my life's modo and inspiration......The Journey Is The Destination....a collection of photographs, art, scrapbook and travel logs introduced to me a long time ago by Dan Eldon....
I found this quote extremely ironic at this turning point in our lives......
The rest of my day was filled with blood draws, Hep A and rabies vaccine along with a TB test, lots of crying and quiet frankly feeling like shit. How ironic that the Journey is The Destination..
